PROGRAM SPEAKERS

Julia Kozlov is a keynote speaker, AI strategist, and finance executive who helps leaders thrive at the intersection of technology and humanity. Her signature talk, Human Leadership in the Age of AI: Mastering the 4 Quotients (EQ, IQ, TQ, and AQ), empowers executives to lead with empathy, intellect, tech fluency, and adversity. Through her dynamic workshops, Julia shows C-suite teams how to harness AI to drive innovation, boost ROI, and stay ahead of disruption. Her message is simple yet powerful: in a world fueled by artificial intelligence, human leadership is the ultimate competitive edge.

Anastasia Voit is a Mathematics and AI Education Instructor at Glendale Community College, where she integrates artificial intelligence into teaching and curriculum design. She is currently developing courses for a new interdisciplinary AI discipline aimed at preparing students for the evolving workforce shaped by emerging technologies.

Beyond the classroom, Anastasia leads AI literacy and training initiatives for faculty, offering hands-on workshops and drop-in sessions that explore practical ways to integrate AI tools into education. She has presented several workshops on using AI to enhance productivity and optimize instructional workflows, helping educators and students alike adapt to the changing demands of the digital era.
